The USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance and USAID Advancing Nutrition hosted a webinar on the new Modality Decision Tool (MDT) Nutrition Addendum. The Addendum enables implementing partners (IPs) to apply a nutrition lens to the selection of appropriate modalities (cash, vouchers or in-kind) when designing interventions for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance sub-sector. IPs are encouraged to use this addendum alongside the MDT and in the design of relevant Resilience Food Security Activities under Title II. This aid is meant to encourage and support partners to design interventions with stronger nutrition outcomes.
