The Contracts & Finance Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration of contractual activity on the project, including subcontract administration, work orders, general contracts and procurement, consultants, and support to general financial management, including but not limited to, subcontract and consultant invoice review. They will collaborate closely with technical staff across the project to implement activities and play a major role in explaining complex contractual processes in a clear and accessible way.

The USAID Advancing Nutrition Deputy Director, Finance & Operations (F&O) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial management. The Deputy Director, F&O will collaborate closely with consortium subcontractors and with members of the F&O team, including supervision of the Finance Managers. The DCOP is a member of the leadership team and provides strategic technical, programmatic, and managerial oversight to the Uganda program.
