RFP No. USAID-AN-44-2021 Niger Qualitative Data Collection

USAID Advancing Nutrition under JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) is soliciting proposals for Qualitative Data Collection in Niger. USAID Advancing Nutrition will undertake an activity to contribute toward improving the nutritional status of women of reproductive age (WRA), adolescent girls, and children under 5 years of age in Niger. USAID Advancing Nutrition seeks to reduce the prevalence of anemia among WRA and adolescents and VAD among children under 5 in the RISE II zones of intervention. The zone of intervention is Guidan Roumdji district in the Maradi region and Magaria and Damagaram Takaya districts in Zinder. We are recruiting in-country support to conduct qualitative data collection in Niger. The Subcontractor will facilitate coordination with the appropriate regional and district government authorities; train data collectors who are fluent in French and relevant local languages; organize and complete data collection per a study protocol provided by USAID Advancing Nutrition; conduct high-quality quantitative data collection; implement quality control and data management procedures, and provide high-quality notes for each interview/focus group discussion. The Subcontractor will provide product/services as needed from (on or about) October 25, 2021, to (on or about) March 25, 2022. The Project is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and is subject to all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and AID Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR). USAID Advancing Nutrition under JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) is soliciting proposals for Baseline and Endline Evaluation of an Integrated Nurturing Care Activity to Improve Early Childhood Outcomes in Mozambique. We are recruiting in-country support to conduct the baseline and endline impact evaluation. The work is divided into two phases, first the baseline phase in 2021 and the endline phase planned in 2022. The Subcontractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and completing quantitative data collection based on a study protocol developed by USAID Advancing Nutrition. The Subcontractor will provide product/services from (on or about) September 13, 2021, to December 30, 2021, for baseline and (on or about) July 1, 2022, to November 30, 2022, for the endline phase. The Project is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and is subject to all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and AID Acquisition Regulations (AIDAR).
